Rooted in six pillars—Fitness, Aesthetics, Spa, Holistic Health, Mental Wellness and Nutrition—we offer tailored journeys of recovery and prevention knowledge, fostering resilience, balance, and community-driven, lasting change.

Sama Wellness is open for residents of The Initial Sama, members, and the public unless there are private events. We welcome everyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness and well-being.

We are located at The Initial Sama Serviced Residences, 26 Evans Road, Singapore 259367. Our facility is nestled within a 600 sqm indoor sanctuary and 11,000 sqm of expansive outdoor spaces, surrounded by lush greenery.

Pool and Gardens: 7am to 9pm. The Sama Wellness Centre: 10am to 9pm (last treatment ends at 9pm). Gym: 24 hours daily.

We offer a comprehensive range of facilities including a 318 sqm Integrated Wellness Centre, 4 spa treatment rooms, 300 sqm indoor and outdoor gym, HYROX gym, movement studio, swimming pool, hot and cold plunge bathhouse, over 5,000 sqm of sensory gardens, aesthetic dentistry clinic, sports performance lab, and coworking spaces.

Yes, we have a 15-meter dipping pool at 1.2m depth and a kids pool at 0.5m depth, surrounded by beautiful pool decks and gardens. The pool is open from 7am to 9pm daily.

Our HYROX gym is a 70 sqm space equipped with specialized cardio, functional, and strength training equipment including Skelcore treadmills, Concept 2 upright bikes, rowers, skiergs, dumbbells, and kettlebells, designed for high-intensity functional fitness training.

Yes, we have a 50 sqm coworking and workshop space available for members and guests who wish to work in a wellness-focused environment.

We offer a wide range of classes including yoga, Pilates, meditation and mindfulness, HYROX group classes, aqua fitness, sound therapies, and forest bathing. Both personal and group classes are available.

Yes, we offer personalized training programs including fitness optimization assessments, personal training sessions, cardio/endurance training, and strength and functional training tailored to your individual goals.

Our spa offers therapeutic body massages, revitalizing body treatments, and various add-on spa therapies. We have 4 treatment rooms including single, ensuite, and couple treatment rooms designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Our Sports Performance Lab (Re: Lab) offers hypoxic/altitude exercise tests, lactate threshold tests, sweat tests, and spirometry tests to help optimize your fitness and wellness journey.

While membership offers the best value and unlimited access, we also welcome day passes and class bookings for non-members. Residents of The Initial Sama have special access privileges.
